Our first news of 2026

09/01/2026

Our first news of 2026, we hope you all had a wonderful New Year. Now back to reality, even if we do not want to I am afraid!

But I suppose I can get you up to date on the projects here at George Turner Models. On my bench at the moment I have several prototypes that need finishing. There is the Baby Bertha, the ASA, and the Austin Alegro.

Over Christmas I also started a couple of side projects, first we have a custom Ford F100 pickup truck, made very low and very racy, I also reworked our Hot Rod Ford Pop to make it even more Hot Rody. Both of these are looking very good so far, they will come with 3DP chassis and maybe new 3DP wheels. I have also been working on some new dioramas I do enjoy making these and I love making the little figures plus the dogs and cats.

Thank you to everyone who took part in our December survey and who made suggestions. The Blitzen Benz is a definite, the Ferrari Breadvan is not one of my favourite cars (effing ugly) but it seems popular so we are having to give it some thought, the Mclaren M1B could be a good choice, but the Volvo Amazon is a very good choice (I like Volvos). Must get my existing prototypes done though.

Our January Survey is up with the new suggestions that have been made by our customers, please vote for your favourites! (the lowest ranked suggestions have been removed and new ones added)
